PairPlan is a shared task management app designed for couples. Once you and your partner pair up via an invite code, you can create, assign, and manage tasks together across categories like shopping, housework, plans, and finances.
How do I pair with my partner?
Open the app and go to Settings. You'll find your unique invite code there. Share this code with your partner, and they can enter it in their app to pair with you. Invite codes expire after 24 hours for security.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Delete Account. Your account will be immediately deactivated and a 30-day grace period begins. During this time, you can contact us to restore your account. After 30 days, all your personal data is permanently deleted.
How do I change notification settings?
Go to Settings > Notifications within the app to customize which notifications you receive. You can also disable all PairPlan notifications through your device's iOS Settings.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
PairPlan currently supports Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google as authentication methods. If you're having trouble signing in, make sure you're using the same Apple ID or Google account you originally registered with.
How do I unpair from my partner?
Go to Settings > Remove Partner. This will unpair you from your current partner. Note that shared tasks will remain in the household. You can pair with a new partner afterward by sharing a new invite code.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are hashed with BCrypt, authentication uses short-lived JWT tokens, and household isolation ensures you can only access your own data. We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs, and we do not sell your data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
What languages are supported?
PairPlan is available in 8 languages: English, Turkish, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, and Dutch. The app automatically uses your device's language setting.
